The CAS provides very poor information about delivery and installation requirements for purchases. This is a crucial part of the purchasing process and they fail to provide full and accurate information about what is required. I purchased a washer with delivery and removal of the old appliance included, but was not told that the delivery people will not uninstall the old machine. This situation remains unresolved. They really need to have better trained sales people and improve their communications with their delivery and installation service.

Prior to all deliveries at CAS we send a document to all clients 48hrs after purchase detailing all aspects of delivery including specification of the product. This is a policy that we take very seriously. We strive to make every sale from the time you enter one of our showrooms to the delivery as seamless as possible.
I am very sorry that you have had issues with the delivery but the information that is provided in the document is detailed.
