First of all, their prices were different from what they advertised. They advertised a payment plan with no interest even but they boosted our price up, It was not honest advertisement and we had to pay more then what we should've. We didn't get the price that was advertised and we had to pay the interest.

Martin was very punctual, he arrived right on time. He wasn't able to fix it the first night but he did come after hours. He also gave us a temporary setup until the next day (until Hydro could come and change the box) which was very helpful. He also came quickly, only a few hours after we called. Overall we were very satisfied.
