Pacesetter was great to deal with up until they received payment for the new home, and we received the keys. Since then it has been fight after fight with them to get things completed around the home that were outstanding. It has been one thing after another. The most frustrating has been getting our rough grade certificate. We moved in in March of 2016, and were told we would be able to landscape at latest, September. It is almost June of 2017 and we still have not received a rough grade certificate...

Hi Tom,
we have looked into your file and found that our seasonal department did send an email at the start of the season and has been in contact with the co-owner since May 1 2017 regarding your rough grade approval and its status. Touching up the rough grade is completely dependent on the weather and we are unable to have our contractor do this when the ground is still wet.
You do have 1 year from rough grade approval date to complete your final grade and you have 24 months from time of possession to complete your landscaping in order to receive your landscaping deposit back.
In regards to the warranty department, they do not have any outstanding requests from you. They have checked their voicemail log which goes back to 2015, and there are no requests through the customer portal. Our warranty department will follow up with you today.
Thank you.
