I love my infrared sauna. It helps me relax, as well as, sweat it out when I am not feeling well. Mine has a CD player, so I love to put in some really relaxing music to help take time for myself to unwind from my day. It was the best investment I've made, as it doesn't need maintenance, purchase of chemicals or water like a hot tub, which I've had in the past. Tamara Vernon, BC
