We purchased 3 trees from Belcroft tree farm in Gilford, ON. The contact at the farm, a lady named Janie, walked us through the rows of trees available and explained each trees' characteristics. Janie gave us time to consider and when we purchased the trees she nade every arrangement to ensure the trees were delivered and planted with no damage to our property and the trees.

I required work re-designing the venting in the basement to capture more headspace before finishing the basement. Ardent provided the name of a contractor to whom they refer all HVAC work. The individual Ardent provided was ecxellent. The work was completed in the winter time, with minimal heat loss when the furnace was turned off and the work areas were cleaned up.

I had a delivery of soil from Kell's and I was not pleased with the product. The owner came by to inspect the problem and immediately made all possible efforts to rectify the problem. I was so pleased with his service I used their gardening centre for the remainder of the summer and have referred their name to anyone who has asked for a reliable garden centre name.

Ardent does a fantastic job each year of reminding us of the regular maintenance required to care for out water and heating systems. We receive a regular phone call each year with a very flexible schedule to book the required work.
