After my father was hospitalized and later placed in a nursing home, my mother decided to move from their home of 30+ years into a retirement residence. After such a long time in the same house, it was full, from attic to basement. Triggerr arrived and organized this huge task, helping my mother sort through everything and guided her through decisions about what to keep, what to donate, what could sell, etc. Triggerr worked with the floor plan of the apartment in the retirement residence, measuring furniture and designing about 8 different furniture arrangements to choose from. Triggerr packed everything with great care and moving day was effortless for the family. She even drove my mother's car, with my mother as a passenger, across the city to the new location. By the end of the SAME DAY, everything was unpacked, pictures were hung, closets were organized, plants were in place, dishes ready to use. This was a difficult period for my mother, and Triggerr was compassionate and caring, cheering my mother up through periods of tears. She has become like a daughter to my mother, and like a sister to me. She checks in with us frequently, to make sure everything is okay, to see if she can help further, and just to catch up. She is cheerful, energetic and a lot of fun to be around. She has gentle ways to get through the emotional maze of downsizing, all the while remaining focused on the task at hand. Triggerr also has valuable contacts in different fields to help things progress. For example, she connected us with a lady who is skilled at appraising collectibles, dishes, etc. Triggerr was on time and on budget. She was there when she said she'd be, which is a rare characteristic these days. This is the most amazing company and best service imagineable. I continue to recommend Systems 'n Spaces to my friends who may eventually have to help their parents through a similar situation. It was worth every single penny, and more.
