Oven displayed Error code F30 and wouldn't work. Called Rick and left message. He called back within the hour and arrived a few hours later. He identified the problem, replaced a component and all was well again. He is knowledgeable, efficient and very personable. All our appliances are Sears make and with Sears closure we had concern about service availability. Not any longer thanks to locating Rick!

I'd had windows, patio door, deck railings, previously installed by George Kent. I was well pleased with that work so when a recent wind storm blew shingles off my roof I phoned Saturday and left a voice mail. Within an hour Wayne called back and promised to do his best to help even though numerous homes were in difficulty and roofer demand was extraordinary. The next morning (Sunday) James arrived. He had shingles with him and quickly and competently repaired the damage. Super service! Great people and a great company.

In March Hercules gave me a quote for an aggregate driveway and walkway with a scheduled start date of May 29th. Right on that date his crew arrived and cleared the existing asphalt. The next day the concrete was poured and the day following it was scored and washed clear. A week later facing was applied to the edges and two days following the edging was finished, Seven days after that Hercules applied two coats of sealer to complete everything. The finished product is excellent and we have received many compliments on the appearance from neighbours and people passing by. I am very impressed with the end result, the attention to detail, the steady focus in completing the job, the flexibility and willingness to incorporate a couple of extras and the courtesy and professionalism of Hercules, Tony and the Master Concrete crew. In summary selecting Master Concrete to do the work resulted in a most satisfying and rewarding experience. I heartily recommend them for any concrete project.

I’m well pleased with the work that Damien and his crew performed in replacing an area of dead grass/weeds with sod. The area of about 1200sf was stripped, leveled, soil and sod applied, then watered and rolled. The sod was in fine condition and the placement of rolls against each other and around curves and corners was excellent. The whole job was done in one day. Damien is a fine fellow to work with and I highly recommend him.
