We replaced all the windows in the house since last October after the installation date changed a couple times, the installation included a large patio door, the installer forgot the cap in the top. Since October I've been contacting my sales representative without luck or response, they opened a service case two times and few days later they sent me the Satisfaction Survey for the completed job which noone showed up to do. We contacted the company one more time, they opened a new case for May 22th, then the day before the moved it to June 7th and now they moved it again.. Do you guys a favor and stay the heck of this company and their subsidiaries... they only want your money..
