Charlie was fast and very professional. Within a day of contacting him, he was over to measure and discuss stair options. The stairs were constructed withing two weeks and they are a dream to walk on. Very nice work. His attention to detail is great.

I was at the Bloor St. store and had an overall great experience. The staff was friendly and very knowlegeable. The speedy giftwrap service (free) is a great bonus!

For a small appliance shop, this place has it all. I got a great deal on an AG Wolf Range and Joe is now helping me with my very specific fridge requirements. ie...energy star, tall narrow fridge for city living. He took the time to go over every option with me-Thanks!
