I would recommend Eco Choice to anyone looking for an efficient, no nonsense experience. Everything was clearly explained to us, we were given options, the cost was presented up front along with information on govt rebates. When they came to do the work they were in and out in under a day and took great care to clean up after themselves. The windows were well installed and look great. Definitely worth it

Over the years, we've had to move a few times and have hired a few different companies to help us. This time out, we went with Mr. Moving based on positive reviews on Homestars and a reasonable price quote (some companies we're asking for $2k to move a two bedroom condo). I was happy to find that the reviews I read were very accurate. They showed up on time and got right to work. They were well organized, very polite/professional, took care not to damage our property to belongings and completed all of the work much sooner than anticipated (largely because of their impressive work ethic). I would recommend Mr. Moving to friends and others. I hoping we never have to move again. But, if we Do, I'll be using their service again.

I really wasn't looking forward to having a home inspection, as we'd just found the ideal home after looking at dozens of duds. The last thing I wanted to find out was that this gem was actually a money pit. And, while we were lucky enough that this wasn't the case, the home inspection wasn't without issues. Despite this, Michael communicated everything clearly and practically, providing context and rough cost estimates when asked. He also remained professional and pleasant during moments that were less than stellar for us--emotionally stating there was no point in finishing the inspection because we were going to walk away from the deal--continuing to do a very thorough job with a positive attitude. He also provided a very detailed report that we've been able to use to help get quotes with various contractors. I would recommend 4Sight Inspections. I feel confident that I now have an in-depth understanding of any potential surprises my new house has to offer.
