Heinz came highly recommended and started the one month job when he said he would, but he failed to plan it properly so that necessary items were not ordered in time. He then announced he didn't know how to build the shower the way I wanted and used someone else that had never installed such a shower, so the sides are not straight and the floor isn't sloped to drain properly. He hired a carpenter for the built in cabinetry who made every cabinet wrong and painted the cabinets the wrong colour. One month job took over seven months and then over another year and a half to get him back to finish-up. Final insult added to injury was that I foolishly listened to his pleadings that he needed money and overpaid him. He will no longer answer e-mails or voice-mails to settle the final accounting.
