We worked with Kyle/KBK Studios for the build of a custom home. He was very patient and responsive through-out, particularly at the onset where we worked through various versions of what we thought we wanted. He took the stress out of arranging permits and going through committee of adjustments. He tried to align our vision in the design and worked with us on changes as we started the project. We had a few hiccups with HVAC plans and door and stair dimensions in a few spots, but we were able to resolve them in the build. We would not hesitate to work with KBK Studios again.

We met with a few other window and door suppliers/installers, but felt most comfortable with Dundas Wood Windows, product selection and service/attention. Nelson looked at our project and made a lot of helpful suggestions aligning our vision and budget. He was always approachable and worked with us through some changes. He was also responsive through-out the installation process and promptly responded to our concerns and questions. It was clear he had the best interest of the customer and reputation of the company in mind through-out. We would not hesitate to use them again.
