We purchased our original wall bed and side cabinets in 2003, and now in mid 2017, we are taking the units from storage and installing them ourselves in our "final/forever" home. All of the company personnel have been so helpful and accommodating during our "adventure" in the DIY installation. Highly recommend them for service, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
