Gary is very responsive to all my queries. He also helped us select a colour that blends into our exterior, as we had a hard time picking from the many available colours! He emailed us about a week before the installation date, and then another email about 1 day before. The installers Trevor and Dimitri were great, and did all the clean up afterwards. Now we're waiting for the next big rain storm to test out the new gutters.

MegaCity roofing did our roof two years ago. This morning I noticed there's a partial piece of shingle on my front yard. Fearing some of the shingles on my roof were damaged in the past winter, I called MegaCity at around 8:15am. Tom showed up at our house at 9am (!) and did roof inspection free of charge!!! Turned out my roof is fine: the shingle was from my old roof. I always view post-installation service at least as important as the installation itself. In both cases, MegaCity shines.

It's a pleasure doing business with Tom (and his crew). Job was done well and on time. Tom responded to all my queries (via phone calls and text messages) promptly. He stayed at the job site throughout the day to ensure everything ran smoothly, and answered all the additional questions I had. When the old shingles were removed, he informed me of the condition of the plywood underneath, plus other things that I should do later (like adding more insulation to the attic).
