Upon troubleshooting the cause was a faulty circuit board.They advised they would order a replacement.As this was a Friday afternoon i expected a long wait.This was not the case as they arrived on Monday to repair and return heater to operation. As a former service technician myself I was positively impressed,I will not hesitate to recommend them to any one who asks.
