Tim in Burlington

This was my first project with Adrian, but it won't be my last. When I was looking for contractors to complete the insulation/drywall phase of my basement project, Adrian was the only company/person that showed up ontime, and wearing a mask. When he came to quote, he didn't hold back on the things he wanted to change (basement was already framed, but rework was needed) none of the other quotes mentioned anything about these adjustments. For me this was the deciding factor - honest, and knowledgeable. He said the job would take about 3 weeks, and he completed 2 days early, and that was after I added all the trim work. The entire basement ceiling and walls are insulated with safe-n-sound, rework on the pocketdoor framing, added small bulkhead for furnace piping, and additional framing tweaks to make sure the finish was great. We have 2 cats, everytime he wanted to leave the door open to bring in/out material he always asked if the cats were locked up. Kept the entire basement clean and was very respectful, and showed up on time every day without issue. As I said this will not be my last project with Adrian. Amazing!

Daryl and Mayer are fantastic! Daryl was here for 2 full days checking every outlet, switch and light fixtures as we purchased a home that is still 50% aluminum so we wanted to make sure it was all done correctly with tails. He made sure everything was done correctly not one switch was missed even got the light in the garage working. Installed new chandelier and lights in the hall way. The ESA inspector came and said oh I know you guys checked a few of the switches and left. Shows the trust the ESA has in Odin. Thanks again guys, will be calling back when we go to tackle the basement Reno’s.

All I can say is fantastic! Ryan quoted painting the entire home we just purchased including the popcorn ceilings and promised us the painting would be done by our move in date (Monday-Tuesday) as the movers were scheduled for Wednesday morning. And on time they were! Leke and his wife who painted our home were by far the best painters I have ever worked with. With an 8am start, they already had all the paint cans lined up outside the door at 730! No tape only just drop cloth under them with no drips no spills - When we came in around 1pm the first day we felt like we were on the love it or list it show, it totally changed the appearance of the home! Overall fantastic job from everyone at Absolute and I will be calling Ryan back for when we do our landscaping next year.

Found YMM excellent reviews so we tried them on our move last week and Wow the reviews were spot on. Very professional they were on time even brought us Tim Hortons when they arrived. Very fast and efficient the one mover Cameron bear huged our 94" couch and lifted right over the bushes in the backyard as that was the only way to get the couch out. The professionalism from both Trey and Cameron should be the baseline of what all service employees SHOULD BE!!! They even gave us our first flowers for the new home. Thanks again when we move again (not for a while) but will be calling YMM!!!
