Called Mr Renato as furnace would not come on. He installed the furnace in 2008, and the AC IN 2010, and the water heater in 2011. Arrived 90 minutes later, on an early Sunday morning, replaced the flame sensor, and our household got on with their day. Highly recommended.

I call Renato every year before winter, to bring me an air filter and do a tuneup to the furnace. Last year he found a crack in my heat exchanger, which could have killed the entire family due to Carbon Monoxide. This year I called not only to do the tuneup, but because the furnace would not start when I turned it on in the morning (it has been so cold overnight - even in early September). He was here in 20 minutes, found the problem pretty much instantly (a venting motor had fried - probably from me switching the thermostat instead of letting it naturally cycle). Renato has saved me a lot of grief over the last 10 years. He consistently gives me good advice. Appreciate it.

Had Renato back to do the annual fall maintenance on the furnace he installed back in 2008. I had heard a noise coming from the furnace last winter - before I even had a chance to mention it to him, he had already found the motor with a bad bearing. His advice in 2008 to buy a 10-year extended warranty was excellent advice - it has saved me a lot of time, and anxiety. His media filters are considerably cheaper than buying them at the local supplier too. Excellent after-installation service.

Called Max on short notice. I had a new stove sitting in my kitchen, and the contractor I had booked to install it did not show up AGAIN. It was Wednesday, and I had 75 people coming to a party on Saturday - with an extra stove in the kitchen. Max quoted on the job SIGHT UNSEEN - based on a few pictures I took on my Iphone. He came, did the job, drank his wine after toasting my health. What more can you ask?

Waters & Brookes installed my irrigation system a couple years ago, and we are quite happy with it, so we continue to have them in each year for the startup and fall closing. The great thing about Waters & Brookes is that the people they employ are polite, timely, and obviously know what they are doing. Each time they come, I learn something. They take the time to explain potential problems, and make suggestions as to how to run the system more efficiently. I have told them this directly, but they obviously have a fine crew, and care about their work. Spring is here early! Hope you have a great irrigation season. Thank you!

Renato & Slavik came to my house at 4:30pm. They were done at 8:30. Replaced A/C condenser, coil, copper pipe. electrical connections as necessary. Hauled off the old unit and its components. Since 2008, Renato has been at this house so many times - to install a new furnace, fan, and air filter. Then I had him back to put in a water heater. Then i had him back to put in a natural gas line for the BBQ. Now he came back and put in a new A/C. What can I say? The guy is on a roll. I am considering cutting the guy a key to the house. You can't go wrong with Renato & Slavik. Highly recommended. A few days later, after staring at the wiring on this job, I had additional questions about it. Renato and Slavik again came over, went through everything with me again. Did not charge me anything for the extra visit! How often do you find that kind of dedication?! At this point everything to replace in this house has been replaced by Renato - the furnace, blower, hot water tank, A/C, even a BBQ line. If there was something else, I would call Renato for sure. (Let me try to think of something .... ) Thank you!
