Major hats off to Andy for first responding very quickly to my call and then for his customer service. My warranty on the chimney was long expired but he not only sent someone over to fix the rain cap but he replaced it with a new one. He did it quietly with no fuss while I was at work. I wish there were more contractors like A&A

I had used a couple of so called experts over a period of five years. I was worried that the sump pump which drew over 200L of water in the middle of winter was not going to survive. Using Homestars was the best decision I could have made as they put me in touch with Fedor. I called several companies all listed under waterproofing. Some were too busy and only got back to me after two weeks, others came and gave me a quote and were quite impressive but Fedor had the confidence and quiet reassurance that sold me from the first meeting. He visited my house two days after my initial call. After finding the storm drain which I didn't know I had he wasn't able to give me an exact quote but the ballpark ended up being the final amount. No payment until I am satisfied. Wow! who does that anymore. We had several surprises along the way as the storm drain took a 45 degree turn and went right under my driveway. So my front yard was the talk of the neigbourhood and still is because Fedor and his excellent crew not only did they landscape my yard but they carefully placed some huge boulders that they had dug up in the process. I know it will be a while before I can pave my driveway but I must say the gravel grows on you. The work ethic of fedor's crew was excellent even during the hot and humid days of May they kept going and completed the task ahead of schedule.

Removing a dead tree is a normal task for a tree services company but it was the attention to detail by Chris and his crew that really impressed me. They came exactly when they said they would. The tree did not crash onto the ground damaging plants. The yard was efficiently raked afterwards leaving no twigs on my lawn. The stump removal albeit noisy was also very well cleaned up. However the crew member who used the stump removal machine dislodged a few of my interlocking bricks. I called Chris who came over to inspect the damage the very same day and then he came and repaired the bricks two days later. No fuss just great service. Thanks guys job well done

Never thought I would get the job done so quickly. Brad who gave me the quote was very knowledgeable and was key to our decision to go with A&A. We thought we would have to wait till May but we got a call in late March and the next day my chimney was fixed before I got home from work. Clean up was excellent and a special request regarding a cemented basketball pole was completed in a very professional manner. I liked the fact that my chimney cap was painted and put on the new chimney rather than thrown away and a new one installed when I really didn't need a new one.
