My first encounter with Roy was in 2006. He was prompt at returning my call and scheduling an appointment. Roy arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem, only fixing what was necessary. I truly appreciated his honesty. I was so pleased with the work that I continue to use Roy whenever I have an appliance issue and have comfortably refererrd him to my friends.
