I bought a new American Standard furnace to replace my 22-year-old Carrier. Convertible wasn't the cheapest quote but I was keen on the slightly more expensive American Standard furnace based on Consumer Reports testing. Sean, who provided the quote, demonstrated a knowledge that earned my trust. I had them over last winter to install a humidifier. Call it a test run. They did a fine job. For the furnace, Kamil and his apprentice, James, were on time, pleasant and did the install quickly and with no snags. They left the utility room cleaner than they found it. I was particularly impressed with the way they reorganized all the water drainage hoses (AC, humidifier and furnace). I am counting on Convertible to provide the same level of service when they do the maintenance.

Frank and his crew were excellent. They installed two gas fireplace inserts in my 100-year-old house. Retrofitted them into the existing fireplaces, which took skill and involved customizing some parts. The price was reasonable. He gave me some great advice on insert options and the install is top notch.

Georgio was on time, totally professional and reasonably priced. I have used him for a number of issues and always does top work. He was recommended by a neighbour and now by me!

Jay was great. Ran hosing all the way up to the 3rd floor and didn't complain. The dog even liked him. Courteous and punctual. Did a nice job on the carpets.

Draincom was the lowest quote ($1,600 vs $1,800 and $2,000 from two other firms highly rated by HomeStars). A colleague had used Draincom and was very happy. The came on time and finished on time. Despite having to dig a very deep hole and remove a lot of clay, they put everything back perfectly and even avoided damaging my garden. No mess at all. The crew was very professional and pleasant.
