Our old eaves throughs and downspouts were leaking badly and looked worn. Mark and his crew did a stellar job with the new ones and were done in a few hours (including clean-up). My only minor complaint is the time it took for them to get started as we signed the work order last fall. They did warn me however that they might not get to it until this spring and with Covid-19 around I can‘t blame them for those delays (that’s why I still gave 10 stars). Mark also took the time to discuss our options for new siding and recommended we also look into stucco (which they don’t do). We will definitely consider using them again when we are ready to replace our siding.

We want to finish our basement and we discovered leeks in the spring when all the snow and ice was melting. Serhiy came out to provide a very reasonable quote and also offered a free camera drain inspection. He discovered roots growing through the city portion of our drain and we got that taken care of shortly after. As for the waterproofing and the sump pump installation, we took some time to finalize things and Serhiy did not try to pressure us into making a decision - which many other companies do. When we were ready to go ahead he was very quick to schedule the work and a few days later his crew arrived and started on the job. They did a fabulous job - both inside and outside of our home and delivered what was promised. After the work was completed they even used a power washer to clean everything up. I highly recommend Serhiy and his team and we will use them again for relocating some drains in our basement. Thanks again!
