Ideal is the first company of 4 that was able to determine the cause of our issue, and suggest a feasible remedy. Explanations were easily understood regarding various options and probable results expected. Communication was excellent as was the service. Workers were polite, tidy and helpful in answering my questions. Both before and after photos provided regarding the work to be done and completed.

My kichenAid side by side built in fridge freezer combo (16 years) suddenly stopped operating. Appliance Centre came same day and repairs began on the following day. Unfortunately, after discovering numerous leaks, and several attempts at repair, the unit was not salvageable. Terry and staff were always prompt, explained the various issues in laymen's terms as well as the risks of failure. A heroic effort on their part. I recommend them without reservation.
