We hired Ram Cleaning to do a move out clean. We came home to find the piles of dust that they broomed still on the floor, the bathroom floors were not cleaned, counters had not be wiped at all in the kitchen or the bathrooms, the kitchen sink had not been cleaned, we were quoted for 2100 square feet and told them the basement was included in that square footage so it would be cleaned and they didnt even sweep the floors on the stairs. floors or anything or clean the bathroom that was included in our 3.5 bathrooms ...we also did not ask for laundry to be folded and changed over and it was done and they charged us for it even though we didnt ask for it. It was completely unacceptable and I had to do more cleaning that evening even though they brought in two cleaners for 3 hours. I complained and they said they would refund us for the laundry and one hour for one maid. Terrible. I had thought about getting a cleaner on a regular basis and this has made me 100% certain that I will never get a cleaner- especially from Ram. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
