Work was delivered on time and within budget. The team took a clear and deserved sense of pride in the high quality of workmanship. Cooperation and teamwork among the workers and management was exemplary. The project manager advised on how to secure the required permits (my responsibility as a cost savings effort). Communications were excellent. For example, before the crew arrived on any particular day, I was advised by a messaging app who was coming and when.

Scott and his crew safely and swiftly removed a mid-size maple that was crowding my neighbour's house. The work was done with thought and care. No damage was done to nearby structures and clean-up was immediate.
