Avoid this company at all costs. They take your deposit but fail to deliver on their promises. I really wish I researched them on Homestars before placing a deposit I've been waiting over 5 months for my door with no updates on the progress. I call every week, only to hear new excuses about production delays, and theres no evidence that my door is even being made. They promise to follow up by the end of the week, but no one ever gets back to me. They also refuse to schedule appointments to view any progress. Since June, Ive been waiting to see the stain on my door for approval, but they wont allow it. This company is incredibly dishonest. Don't believe their salespeople. The so-called 8-week production time is a completely false If my door ever gets installed, Ill update this review. But based on other on Google reviews, even those who had doors installed are dealing with ongoing issues and cant get the company to return for repairs.
