My delivery was scheduled to arrive on Friday July 28th between the hours of 4-8pm. I made arrangements to make sure I would be home between those hours. at 12pm I got a call from the delivery driver asking if I was home and if he could deliver the furniture. I informed him that no I was not home but could maybe try and leave work to meet him with in the next hour. I was able to make arrangements to leave work and called the driver back and he then informed me that now he can't deliver the furniture now as he had to get to his next location. I informed that now I had to reschedule my whole day to fit his schedule and he needed to come meet me so he told me I need to be home in the next 10 minutes or I couldn't get my delivery. I made it home in time and when the delivery driver came I had to argue with him to bring everything up to my apartment as he wanted to leave it on the ground floor because he was in a hurry. This was a very stressful and unprofessional experience.
