I visited Structube's Metrotown location in Burnaby. The staff there were very polite and helpful but since then we had problems. After purchasing several pieces of furniture and paying for delivery, we were told that a mistake had been made and that the chair was actually not available, though it had been listed as in stock. It will have to arrive separately, about 3 months after the order. It's still uncertain if I will have to drive into Burnaby (a 45-60 min drive) to pick it up or pay for another delivery charge. The delivery of the rest of the furniture was was several hours late and I had to call to get updates. I was told that the reason was traffic but one would think traffic was calculated in the timeframe that customers are asked to wait. I then received a call from Structube confirming that the chair was still on order. A couple of days later I received another call and was told the same thing, where it was evident that there was poor communication happening in the store. The furniture itself seems fine, though the table's edge already is starting to look a bit worn on one side.
