Manjur did a good job for me. I received my new build house recently and I asked Manjur to inspect the house. He found all the issues and explained one by one to me. Also he filled up the documents that I have to send them to Tarion for 30 days warranty. Generally compare to my all the neighbor’s inspectors, I had better experiences with Manjur. He found some major issues as well as minor. There was big leaking behind the insolation and I was not able to find it out by my self. My suggestion to all owners even for new houses, it will be so good if you just pay small amount for inspection to make sure everything is fine. For future If I want to buy another property I will ask Manjur again as well as I recommend him to all my friends and Iranian community. Thanks Manjur for everything.
