Items were delayed, then damaged/faulty and I had to drive items back to the store 20km away to get it fixed. And now it's another 2-3 week wait. At no time did anyone offer to come to the house to take care of the issues. They didn't even waive the delivery fee or offer anything in return. Pretty disappointed the store called me to say the reason for the delay apparently was that there was an outstanding balance on order when in fact the store owed me a $680 credit. I've been in retail management myself for 13 years and this hasn't been a good experience for a first time structube shopper. Thanks
