Afshin and Jonny were an absolute pleasure to work with. From the first time they came by to assess the situation to working through the project they were always very open, honest and easy to deal with. Our project involved an old back extension in our house that was definitely neglected and renovated poorly. They were able to create a sleek powder room and a laundry area out of the existing space, add a new window, a few skylights and other improvements such as fixing the electrical, adding in new insulation on the walls and the ceiling - which helped solve a huge draft problem. What I appreciate is that it looks great but also the work done behind the walls to know my house is safer. What I really appreciate is that I was trying to find someone for this project for months and every time I had a contract come over they weren't interested because it wasn't as simple and straightforward as other projects like a simple bathroom reno. Afshin and Jonny embraced the challenge and delivered.

Mamuka was an absolute pleasure to work with. The work he did for us was from last year, and we were trying to get a few projects in before we had our first child. Mamuka was very transparent on his timing for the job and we really appreciated that, and in the end, we know he pushed to get things done before the birth. The quality and attention to detail on smoothing out the skylights was fantastic and would not hesitate to become a repeat customer in the future.

First of all, if you are getting a flat roof replaced there is no better place than a place named Best Flat Roof! From the first meeting, you can tell Oleg cares about getting the job done right. He gave us a quote really quickly and also discussed some of the different options when it came to insulating the flat roof, skylights which was very helpful. The crew was super friendly and respectful the entire time. We had two skylights put in and the team did a great job in trying to figure out the precise locations where it made the most sense. The quality of the work was fantastic and they cleaned up very well. Bottom line: If you have a flat roof, there is literally nowhere else to go.

We were looking for someone to remove our old fence and then build a new one along the back property line and also add a gate similar to our neighbours. Ron came and gave us a quote and not only was the pricing reasonable but I appreciated how Ron was very flexible as we moved forward on different specific pieces of the project. I initially requested our fence to look identical to our neighbours but he educated us on designs that would last longer, clearly caring about the quality. Additionally, Ron built our gate to have a similar look and feel as our neighbours and also installed a very good latching mechanism that was not part of the initial project scope. Ron was a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to hire him for other outdoor projects we will have in the future.

Mike was awesome to deal with for installing our BBQ gas line. He gave us a very quick and fair quote and came in and finished the job within the week. Here is the thing where his service went above and beyond though. I did not buy my BBQ yet so about a month later I bought my BBQ and tried connecting the gas line but wasn't completely successful. I messaged him to ask a question and he offered to come and help me out. Mike came over within a few days and completely set it up for us. We really appreciated his friendly and honest work and would recommend him in the future to friends and family.
