Clearing plugged basement shower drain
Called Pete the Plumber after basement shower drain plugged. Jay agreed to add my job to the end of his day and came out within 2 hours of my initial call. Customer service was wonderful. Jay was courteous, professional and answered all my questions. I also mentioned a slow-moving drain in main bathroom sink which Jay took care of as well. Job was really well done, completed within 3 hours of my initial call, with a very reasonable fee. Couldn't ask for better work quality and service.
