I bought both an above counter metropure filter system and a Santevia countertop dispenser about a year ago from gta water. Have been extremely happy with both water systems and the customer service is excellent. I had one defective santevia filter at time of purchase, called in to let them know, they said, take a picture and email to them, within minutes had new filter processed and ready to ship. The prices are unbeatable from gta water, have bought numerous replacement filters since, and even bought a counter top metropure as a Xmas gift for family. Gtawater has a customer for life, keep up the good work!!
