I needed to replace two furnaces each twenty years old (one for the main floor upstairs and another downstairs for the basement), and a fifteen years old hot water tank. Space was extremely challenging since the furnace room was very tight. I have had many furnace companies that came up to give me an estimation to undertake this project. None of them came up with any viable solution to solve the space problem, with a reasonable price. While searching companies online, I saw the high customer satisfaction rating of Furnace Family and wanted to give them a try, and I gladly say, I was pleasantly surprised. And Dave Lambert from Furnace Family came and I told him my dilemma, after a quick look in the furnace room, he brilliantly problem I threw at him. He was simply a miracle worker. Not only he was professional, he is a man of his word. He did not try to over sell me anything I did not need like the other companies. Even when I try to overbuy, he will insist I do not need it. I ended up buying two top of the line Lennox SLP98 Variable capacity gas furnaces with Merv type healthy climate filter, explained to me what he would do. I was simply dumbfounded by the way he solved every possible a high efficiency (96%) vertex hot water tank, and I added Lennox Air Conditioner when I saw Dave’s knowledge and his honesty. Since I travel a lot, I had time constraint and again, Dave came up with a reasonable solution, and sent one of his best technician Brent. This guy is the best I have ever seen. It was an absolute pleasure having Brent do his duct work and everything associated with it. He is like a skilled surgeon performing his art seamlessly. He took a great pride in doing a good job and cleaning up after himself when he was done. The work exceeded my expectations on how neat and cleanly it was done. On top of the quality of work it was all the small things that made this a great experience. Extremely prompt with correspondence, which I really appreciated. I contacted Dave needing something, he welcomed me with open arm and he told me: ‘now you are part of our family, and we will take care of you if you need anything.’ It’s great to find a company that is prompt, professional, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. Again Dave is extremely knowledgeable, and doesn’t try to up-sell on unnecessary items. The office admin, I forgot her name, was also great, answering quickly, thoroughly and always following up. I am extremely pleased with my experience with Furnace Family. They even took care of all the paper works I ever needed with speed and pleasure. Every time I call they are always accessible, and very pleasant to talk to. I already got my rebates from Lennox Company. I would highly recommend Furnace Family to any of my friends and family. It is a five star Company.

I have just purchased an old house which needed an upgrade, and my realtor recommended me Robart’s Electric, and the following are the list of the major works they did, but did not list the myriads of minor works I asked them to do: - Install a new 200Amp electrical mast, meter socket and wiring on the exterior of the home. - Install and relocate a 200A new service panel. - Install a new surge protector as per the Robart’s suggestion which I hesitated at the beginning but am grateful that I did add. Thank you Rob for that. - Install a new system ground back to the water meter, and new bonding jumper for the gas and water line - Install hard wired interconnected smoke/CO alarms in basement, furnace and hallway. - Install motion sensors into two exterior locations - Install 2bedrooms and 4 additional new fixtures, plus a 220V receptacle in basement for stove. - New sub-panel for the garage, a dedicated 20A circuit for heater. - Everything clearly labelled in the new panel and garage sub panel Rob, the owner, a fabulous person whom I have asked a lot of questions both during the day and at night which he answered them all patiently, and promptly to my satisfaction. He is a very positive and pleasant person to talk to. I made so many changes before the project started and during the project, and he gladly accommodated all my requests without showing any semblance of frustrations. Knowing how knowledgeable and experienced he is, and the challenges I may have with an old house, I wanted Rob to personally work on my project, but he assured me, he will send me the best people possible. And he just did that. He sent the best people he can send. Chris and Danny are the best one could get. They are easy going, very pleasant to work with, discussed the scope of the work clearly from the get go. Like a skilled surgeon, they methodically, efficiently and precisely did their job and beyond. My wife made so many changes in between, and they accommodated all the changes gladly. They are the ultimate professionals. I have interrupted them so many times, they always stopped what they were doing to answer all my concerns and queries. Believe me they are the epitome of professionalism. To reiterate, on top of the quality of work they performed, it was all the small things that made this a great experience. All I can say, beyond any word I can describe with, I am extremely happy and they performed their work efficiently, promptly and very professionally. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and to anyone for that matter. Thank you Rob and Chris.
