Fairly old furnace stopped working at end of December. Unable to repair it myself, I decided to try Air Point (instead of some of the other companies I used previously) and couldn't be happier with my decision! Greg came on time and was extremely pleasant. Equally importantly, he was knowledgeable and competent and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. Having to get a new motor, he made sure to come back the same day to complete the work. He notified me of the likelyhood that the whole furnace may need to be replaced in the next few years, but was not overly pushy with going that route right now. Price was more than fair and I will call again if needed 100%.
