Central Air Conditiong Replacement, Purchase & Install
My ICG Central Air Conditioning Unit of 35 yeas had to be replaced. I spoke to Mike to discuss the purchase of a unit for my 1981 Brick detached house approx 2300 sq feet, with a basement , main floor and 4 bedrooms upstairs. Mike was able to provide a 14 seer York Model Number: YCE30B21H Description: RES SPLT AC 14S SE 2.5T R410A For the cost of a 13 seer (Had an estimate from another company). Upon examining the furnace he suggested that the coil be lowered for better cooling, he included it in the price. Job details: Mike & Al arrived on Aug 2, 2017 9:00am as discussed (Mike called earlier that morning to confirm the appointment.) Al uninstalled ICG /installed the York. Mike worked on furnace and replaced the lines. House is cool. Great Job. I would like them to service my furnace and Ac for the future.
