I called Door Master in the afternoon and I received same day service. One of our garage door springs was broken and it was industrial/commercial strength so new springs needed to be made. Dmitri removed the springs and took them to the service centre so they could make new springs the same. He explained the process and gave us an understanding of why it broke. He came back in 36 hours to install the new springs. He was very skilled and pleasant and game me helpful information about maintaining our garage door. He new springs came with a warranty. I would definitely call The Door Master again!

Roman came on the same day that I called. He took our microwave out of the wall and took the outer casing off. He checked the door latches and tested various areas to see if they were getting power. He settled on a small fuse that seemed not to be working. He went to get a new fuse and replaced it and everything worked well. He replaced the microwave back into the wall. He was polite, tidy, efficient, and knowledgeable. I would definitely call them again.

We were looking for room darkening blinds that were z-wave enabled to work with our Amazon Echo. Shade Works came into our home and brought samples to choose from. They measured, ordered and installed everything efficiently and accurately. We now have blinds that will work with a remote, or from an app on our phone or we just say, "Alexa, open the blinds to 70%" and they open without us touching a button or getting off the couch.
