We were pleased with the job done by Unionized Contracting in spring 2010. Cory presented us with a complete and professional quotation package when he came to give us an estimate. He answered all of our questions and made some good suggestions. Our job was completed on time and on budget. The crew was respectful of our property and worked safely. We were not required to pay until the dumpster was removed. Theirs was not the cheapest price we got, but we are confident that we received the quality workmanship we were seeking for the price we paid. - Though the crew did a good clean up, we still found some nails. I would suggest using a magnet to sweep for nails.

- Don't just choose the company that presents the lowest price! Read the estimate carefully to make sure you know what you are getting for your money. Also, check references to ensure that previous customers are satisfied. We couldn't afford to do the roof twice, so we were careful in making our choice of contractor.
