The guys from Falcon WD were very efficient and friendly. They fitted the windows and left the surrounding spaces clean and tidy. It was a pleasant experience. I would recommend them.

Alex responded quickly to my request to repair my laundry washer. However, he was not very prompt arriving and when he did we had a partial power outage. He managed to get the door open, but said he would come back to fix the problem. The next day, he didn't arrive despite 2 phone calls from me. Apparently he was sick, but did not tell me this. He refunded my call out fee.
