I did a fair bit of research and comparison shopping before selecting Academia roofiing. We have a three story townhome with a skylight. We had observed neighbours having work done on their homes and the contractors did not look confident or prepared to work at the height of our roof. From the first site visit from Gordon, we recognized his experience, expertise and customer focused attitude. We paid more than some other providers had quoted and are happy that we did so. It comes down to trust and workmanship. Gordon and his team provide both. The townhome attached to our home recently had their roof reshingled by another contractor. Gordon is incredibly responsive and sent out one of his most experienced people to examine the work. He wanted to ensure that the other contractors work did not impact the quality of the work we have in place. Now, that's what I call customer service.!
