This extremely negative review is directly related to the Calgary office and their staff. Calgary office starting from front desk / customer service personnel up to the technicians on the field are absolutely incapable of professionally fulfilling minimum of their job and responsibilities. We have being waiting for two days (48 h) for them to be capable to come for the furnace and duct cleaning and apparently that was too much for asking. Front desk wasn't able to understand if it were morning or evening hours when technician had to come and to let us know when we must be at home??? First day we were waiting the whole day for them to show up and of course they haven't shown up for the appointment and when we called they weren't able to give us any satisfied answer except we could try to book another appointment even not to apologize for that??? We decided it to give them another chance and guess what ? They didn't show up again.After we called them the answer was " We are sorry but we are unable to make it today again". Well, sorry is not good enough and hopefully because of very bad professionalism and totally poor and disrespect of the customers your company will loose all the customers and get bad reputation which will lead to the bankruptcy very soon. We would be able to give them zero star we would but in order to write this comment we needed to give at least one star which they deserve at all. If anyone would read this comment please save yourself time and stress and don't go with them because it is total waste.
