Feedback on Seasonal Department
I'm very unhappy with the work of seasonal coordinator. We have been waiting for two years to get our deposit for landscaping back and never got inspectors visiting us. All we got were empty promises from seasonal department (ex: we have passed inspection and will get our deposit money back but it actually turned out that inspectors never visited our house and that we have to wait another year because it is too late for inspection; seasonal coordinator will promise to contact us and indicate date/time for inspection but she didn't do it and doesn't follow up or follows up with the whole bunch of other empty promises, etc. etc. etc.) UNHAPPY CUSTOMER! I do apologize that your landscaping inspection was met with unexpected delays from the developer. I can certainly understand how frustrating this must be. I have been in touch with the Seasonal department and it is my understanding that our Seasonal Supervisor, Larry, was in touch with you earlier today via phone to discuss the issue.
