The ice machine on our industrial-sized fridge in our office stopped working -- not ideal in a 60-person workplace! I called Kampen as we have used them in the past, and our experience was pretty seamless. I was able to schedule service for a few days later. When the technician came, he was quickly and easily able to determine the issue and how to fix it -- which thankfully only required us to defrost the freezer overnight -- no replacements parts needed. It saved us time and money on what we thought might end up being an expensive repair.
