We contacted Transit Canada Movers and got an invoice from them. On the day of the pickup, Blue Ocean company showed up which at the time I thought was the pickup branch of Trans Canada Movers. If you'd like to know what a horrible company is blue ocean is just read some of the reviews about them. We were promised a one-day delivery, but we ended up with damaged and missing items (2000$) after 23 days. Don't trust the good reviews you see about Trans Canada Movers, you may end up with a lousy company such as Blue Ocean as we did. We contacted them regarding this three times, I even wrote them the contact info. of the senior relocation specialist who I talked to at the first place, but they did not reply us back regarding this.
