I did the placing of the alarm system on the doors while the technician was on the phone... easy stuff. directions were precise and fluid. I am in love with the new CHIMING upgrade, when the door is opened I can hear it on the upper/ lower level of my home. I went with Think Protection because of price and I am happy with the outcome...

The two/ three men crew were great. Friendly staff, questions were answered without hesitation .After the work was completed we did a walk thru and they even asked if I was satisfied. Yes i was. Alex and this sidekick were fabulous. My sales man Dan was the bomb, I will be calling him soon for additional work. Sha.
