HUGE SNOWSTORM/BLIZZARD today in Toronto. Midday, our house was getting cold and the temp dropping. Heat wasn't working. I called Maple Air who do my regular servicing of my AC and Furnace. Farzad answered the phone and walked me through a few simple steps to get the furnace working again. It looks like my filter, close to 6 months old, needed an early change. So I put in a new filter, turned the furnace off and then on to reset it, reset the temperature control pad, and within a half hour we had heat. It has been warm all day. Maple Air is the best. Thank you!!!! :)

Ranjit of Aero Kitchen is excellent; VERY responsive and affordable. What is exceptional is that he followed up with me twice, which is so unusual and such good business sense during COVID. We also made a mistake with our measurements and are returning to him to have him correct OUR mistake. What I admire most is something Ranjit said to us after we mentioned that he was the only trade to get back to us (since the job is so small). Ranjit said something like ... small jobs can lead to big jobs. And he is right. We will recommend him to our friends and will call him when we are ready to redo our kitchen! Thanks Ranjit.

Fuad was excellent! He was quick to answer my HOMESTARS request, and included his price, so I knew what I was paying right from the get-go. He came early and prepared and fixed everything I threw at him. He followed up a few days later with another part that I needed for my fridge/ice maker. He was very responsive to both my emails and texts. He will be my number one appliance guy from here on in! Thanks Fuad!
