Had the power go out in several rooms. Waz was professional and helpful, even taking the time to try to troubleshoot over the phone for free. Since that didn't work we booked an appointment and was punctual. He worked methodically, found the loose connection and fixed. Would have no hesitations recommending.

Keith was prompt and fair throughout process. Called in for estimate and availability and got a call back within 30 minutes and appointment for following day. Keith even came on Saturday to finish job!
