Beware! What you see is not what you get! Initial experience; fluffy and sweet, until you require post spend assistance. Didn't spend a fortune but did drop 8000.00. Had a sofa built for 4000.00 within months all seams uneven; after a year, the high density foam had low density last. Bought a carpet for 2500.00, looks more like dreadlocks now then a floor mat. Bought two chairs; still not sure if my cat loved them or hated them? I purchased two lamps, 1200.00 (on sale) and had to return one of the shades because the seams were coming apart.......still waiting for a replacement! It has been three months and still haven't heard a thing? It gets better!! I noticed the exact lamp shade to replace my defective one and it was the only one. I approached a fellow ironing a bed and ask if the shade was targeted for "the big sale"? He replied "I am a designer! I'm not familiar with the retail sale stuff?" I was shocked! ( actually I almost started to laugh) I continued to search for someone to help me. Finally! I located someone. It happened to be the guy I bought the lamps from. I approached him and started to explained my situation and asked if I could reserve the shade, as it was the only one available. He said, "I can't just give you a shade without receiving the defective one back!" He proceeded to walk away from me over to a well dressed couple who were looking at a beautiful dinning room table and chairs. I was pissed! This was by fare the worst customer service I have received...........EVER! This experience left me feeling so frustrated! It left me feeling like I was asking for something for free? It left me feeling like I did not count! Aren't these the quintessential feelings you never want your customers to feel? The lack of emotional intelligence from this used car sales man was deplorable! Bye, bye Once a Tree
