On the day of the move, James and his team arrived promptly at the agreed upon time, and took great care and caution when moving my piano from the originating to the target destination. You can easily tell James and his crew were pros at moving pianos - they always knew exactly what to do when tackled with challenging corners or obstacles . James was also very efficient and finished-up the move near the quoted completion team. The price was also very fair. I'd definitely us James for any of my future piano moves.
