My friend (who researches services and products thoroughly) first recommended GEM to me back in 2011 and I've used them ever since. I've used GEM twice in my current home for windows, and most recently, a door for my garage/studio. Staff are punctual, professional, and knowledgeable about their products as well as the construction that is involved in installing them.

This team of women were great! Punctual and thorough. I liked the fact that they even cleaned and organized the small bits on my dresser top. Since they work together at the same time, they are in and out quickly. I would recommend their service, and in fact already have!
