My wife and I purchased our first home last summer and among other things it required new eaves and siding. After searching Homestars for a company to assist us, we contacted Stas, who showed up promptly and provided us with a quote (with no hidden costs), that was better than anything else we had received. Stas estimated the job would take two days and in two days, they were done and cleaned up. Stas and the employees of Maxima Aluminum were kind, clean and respectful of our property. I feel confident with the work they completed and know they will stand behind it, it’s just how Stas operates. The day my wife and I were to leave on our honeymoon, our sewer drain backed up all over our basement. Within 2 hours Vlad showed up and assessed the problem and assured us that our house would be safe while we were gone. Upon return, Vlad and his team showed up and replaced the damaged sewer drain from the stack to the property line. A messy job done well and cleanly. My wife and I purchased our first home last summer and it needed more than a little attention on the outside. The property was overrun with shrubs, dead trees, over grown gardens and a massive hedge. The backyard included a retaining wall that was rotting and no longer structurally sound. The property in general, was not in good condition and required a significant amount of grading. As such grading, water management and waterproofing the house occurred on exterior walls and window wells were added where necessary. Paul worked with us and devised a plan that worked within our budget and executed it. During the project, we discovered the front porch was pulling away from the house. Paul investigated the problem and came back to us with options that allowed us to move forward with the reconstruction of our front entrance without completely blowing our budget. It’s roughed in right now, but will be completed this summer. Paul and his crew were respectful of our home and property and even though it was dirty work, they never left a mess. Paul, thank you and your team for turning our first home into something we can be proud of, our neighbours also thank you
